Be careful of these ****mers I paid them to assist in clearing me from debt review. Everything went well and i even received a court order declaring me not over indebted. The useless admin sent the court order without mentioning anything. When I asked her when I should expect to be cleared she tells me that the NCR system is offline and unfortunately they will not be able to assist

Pension Fund Withdrawal
For the past 3 weeks, I've been calling Alexander Forbes with regards to my withdrawal and none of their call center agents have a clue how to assist. All I want is to know is the progress of my application and when my funds will be paid to me. Instead, all they do is leave me on hold, and when they return, they have no answers and insist they will call me back. No call backs or no feedback whatsoever. A tax directive from SARS was sent to them 34 weeks ago but my funds have not been released I'm flabbergasted and disappointed with this atrocious customer service or lack thereof. I have lost respect for this company
