STAY AWAY!!!! Exploitation of new employees and trainees to generate new clients to sell kirby vaccuums which is sold at R30000. You have to use ur own car to drive up and down and do demostrations for people with a next to nothing petrol incentive . Focuses on young people to exploit with "quick" money and flashy presentations. The presentation when you go for the interview at first is very vague and very sketchy and just throws in rolexes ,ferraris, mauritius holidays and cash prizes just to get you to stick to training while they get clients off you .You Have to do 60 demonstations per week using ur own petrol and if you manage to make a sale only then u will get your comission and petrol incentive .this is commission based. no 12k basic as advertised ,this is complete exploitation , a money making sceme to the company ,even promises to get your branch with your friends as employees ?if you make enough sales do not be stupid. i went for the training and i spoke with previous employees regarding HIH technologies - Kirby. You dont even get any indication that you will be working for kirby unless you go for the interview. Its just a front to get people in and youre guaranteed a position even through you dont have a car because you will give them clients on paper the following day!, They are exploiting desperate people with fake promises.?????STAY AWAY !!!!
