HiHT Technologies - VERY SUSPICIOUS JOBS AVAILABLE AND DORMANT COMPANY PHONE
Very very strange business. No mention of what they sell or what industry they are in. Seems like the overseas company deals with metal works and welding and plasma cutting but no mention of anything other than "sales people" and lots of mentions of possible work and positions in sales. Advertised a job for 20 positions in sales but no link to what they sell and seems to be "individual sales" like we should be selling our own product through them or something like that. Lots of dead links on the website. I scanned through the source code of the site with no link to who made it and any other web link which the web devs generally put in as a comment somewhere in the code. Very very suspect and calls dont get answered and go straight to voicemail. I will be going to this business location as I live nearby and will take pictures and snoop around as hard as I can. AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! VERY VERY STRANGE WORDING! Most of the details on the website are copy paste from stock photos and very generic sounding text basically explaining what sales people are meant to do. (sales duuuh) I will be calling the foriegn brach and seeing if they know about any local agents in south africa.

STAY AWAY!!!! Exploitation of new employees and trainees to generate new clients to sell kirby vaccuums which is sold at R30000. You have to use ur own car to drive up and down and do demostrations for people with a next to nothing petrol incentive . Focuses on young people to exploit with "quick" money and flashy presentations. The presentation when you go for the interview at first is very vague and very sketchy and just throws in rolexes ,ferraris, mauritius holidays and cash prizes just to get you to stick to training while they get clients off you .You Have to do 60 demonstations per week using ur own petrol and if you manage to make a sale only then u will get your comission and petrol incentive .this is commission based. no 12k basic as advertised ,this is complete exploitation , a money making sceme to the company ,even promises to get your branch with your friends as employees ?if you make enough sales do not be stupid. i went for the training and i spoke with previous employees regarding HIH technologies - Kirby. You dont even get any indication that you will be working for kirby unless you go for the interview. Its just a front to get people in and youre guaranteed a position even through you dont have a car because you will give them clients on paper the following day!, They are exploiting desperate people with fake promises.?????STAY AWAY !!!!

Be Careful
I also had a guy at my front door for this & a call from them a few days later. This is a very dodgy bunch and I really think people should be careful letting them, or anyone else, asking to come into your homes under the pretense of cleaning or demonstrating something for free! There is something very fishy about this lot.

Be Careful
I also had a guy at my front door for this & a call from them a few days later. HIH Technologies kept their promise
A few weeks ago i complaint about HIH technologies who did not deliver. This time around they did and kept their promise. A very kind gentleman came around to repair the entire floor and this made me happy. Thank you Terence for availing yourself and for being so kind to use your weekend time to accommodate us. Thank you to Robyn who also went the extra mile to make sure that this gets done.

HIH Technologies kept their promise

BE VERY CAREFUL OFHiH Technologies
Just by typing the name of this company leaves such a bitter taste in my mouth. I have posted last week and uptil now no reply. They are still busy playing their ball game, pointing me from pillar to post, telling me stories. Listen here, i am a grown up adult, i had my story time when i was a child. Get to the root of my problem and solve it. In less than a week i probably spoke to 10 people, all of them incompetent and disrespectful. Does this company know what it is have customer service? I gave so much referalls, so sorry i did that cos my friends and family membes who are professionals will think bad of me? Please get your act together, contact me ASAP on Monday morning and come finish my dinging room floor. Remember this is an Ombudsman, that is my next step, then Carte Blanche as well. I am not going to leave this matter unattended as i was mislead.

H.I.H Technologies are a bunch of time wasters
I have been contacted by Kirby HIH Technologies with the promise of them coming to clean my carpet or a couch - without any obligation. A lady with the name of Nazli called me, promised to come and clean my one room and one couch. No explanation in terms of a demo. I even sent her pictures on whatsapp of my floor and couch and she responded to say they will clean that easily. !st appointment was on Friday 19 March, 2021 for 7.30. I waited and waited and waited and no one pitch, Not even a phone call or a text message. Saturday the 20th of March 2021 i sent Nazli a whatsapp, asking what happened, she text back to say she is off sick and will let her supervisor call me. Tuesday i called their office, the person who answered the phone has no phone etiquette, and told me Lyndia will call me back. No phone call from Lyndia, i had to call back. She explained to me that someone was at my house on Friday and knocked at the door and no one opened (well come to me house and see if you can reach my door) No once can come in at my house, we have a remote gate, so you can only shout from the gate. However, i sat in the lounge, blinds up and no one came until 10. Then Lyndia said the person came but he came at 9. What a lie!!!! My sister and I sat in the lounge till late night waiting for someone to call or to come to my house. Then another appointment was scheduled with Lesley, who came on Tuesday evening at 7.30, on time. She introduced herself and told me she is there to a demo. I explained to her that i was told a room will be done and a couch. I allowed her into my house through the remote gate, and she found me sitting on the flower bed waiting for her. No one ever explained a demo to me. I told Lesley that she is not to blame and allow to experiment. She was very friend, one positive thing that came out of this whole mess. I have her 16 referalls, only because she was on time and very friendly. While she was at my house, Tammy called and try to make things right cos i told her i will go to Hello Peter. Tammy promised she will get things sorted today at the office. I called a few times today, Wednesday 24 March and never got hold of Tammy. Receptionist very rude, i even asked my colleagues to call and my one colleague got off the phone and reckoned what a rude lady that is. Then i asked my other colleague to phone and she got hold of Tammy. I took the phone and told Tammy that she promised last night to call me today and guess what Tammy said to me? She will ask Robyn to call me and Robyn will handle it. That was before 1 and its now 2.58 and Robyn never called. I tried calling Lesley whole day, no answer on her phone? Is this a circus? People, please be aware of this horrible company. No ways, joh!! I am disgusted in them. I mean, i never approached them, they approached me, and this is the kind of service i got from them. i promise, i will flood social media with their incompetent people and poor service. Luckily Leslely proofed herself to be very good and enjoyed her demo in my house. This is Hello Peter, FB and all other social media will hear of this. Not even an audacity to call me, to apologize. Sies man!!! No professionalism from anyone, only from Lesley. Well done Lesley These people are extremely persistent and pressuring. It was a cold selling exercise from the moment they called me. I called this afternoon at 3.19, spoke to a Nicky again and she told me that Robyn will call me before end of business day today. What happened to Tammy's promise last night that she will call me in the morning. I am so sorry i met people who waisted my precious family time. People out there, be aware of this company, a bunch of time wasters.

HiH Technologies is a Scam!!!!!!
I started working at HiH Technologies on the 25th of August 2020, At the beginning everyone is happy, enthusiastic, full of life and energy telling me that all you need to do to earn 12k as a basic is do 60 demos for the month with the New Avalir 2 Kirby Cleaner. They were like it's very easy, 3 demos a day, 15 a week and 60 for the month. You do not have to focus on sales they said, just focus on the demos. But as the month went along the Tele Lady Lyndia starts messing up your bookings, I drove to stellenbosch, noordhoek and more places only to get to clients homes and no one was there. Driving out petrol and wasting my time which automatically put me behind with my demos for the month. I spoke to the Big Boss Riduwaan and the other boss Robyn and they said we would have a meeting about it but we never did. They never reprimanded Lyndia and it kept on getting worse. Then in the middle of the month they now start pushing you to make sales and they are not the happy and enthusiastic people you met at the beginning of the month oh no. Now they are angry, rude and disrespectful and they dont give a **** about you at all. They praise you for making a sale and scold you out if you dont. Then 2-3 weeks into the company they tell you if you do not make your 60 demos you would have to make 6 sales and each sale should be worth 20k to make your 12k basic and there I figured out this is commission based and no basic at all. I made 7 sales For September and when it reached the 30th of September I got a total of R3100 in my bank account and they gave me a lot of bull**** as to why I only got that much. I worked my butt off every single day and put in so much time and effort into this company and they even promised me a promotion but they only tell you things to keep you from the truth which is that this company is a full on scam. They prey on people desperate for a job and they advertise their business on facebook and indeed. If you come across this company report them and do not apply. Another thing is they they do not have an HR department at all, you have to do your own taxes, they do not give you a petrol allowance or care about the maintenance of your car and if you ask for petrol money they take it from your salary. It is honestly one of the most horrible experiences of my life. My time that I used here could have been used productively somewhere else and 2 of my colleagues at HiH Technologies advised me that they got a total of R00.00 in their bank account.
