We slept over at the hospital, super bad. There were so many ****roaches. On the 1st floor i only saw 2. then our daughter was moved to 4th floor. She said the place was infested. She could not have her baby of 3 weeks old sleep on the bed cos there were ****roaches there too. She said its like a norm and the stuff is just crawling all over. How unhygienic for a hospital. How can one have sick people staying in a place like this
We stay in Belhar in the Western Cape, and we are without electricity since Saturday evenig. Bad, very bad. How do you live without electricity? We complaint, log a ticket, got a reference number and now we must wait. Wait until thy kingdom come. This is so unfair towards all of us that is battling to get this problem sorted. If one don't pay your account then ESKOM knows how to play the ball. What about our food that is not in the fridge? Will Eskom cover the food that we had to throw away.
Our eldest daughter and I was at this place for breakfast. Our daughter is a journalist Keshia Africa, who interviewed the owner a year ago. She took me for breakfast and boy oh boy... i was blown away. I want to come again. Besides the good vibe, the staff were super friendly. I must salute Jacky, our waitress... thank you Jacky. You are so pretty, we enjoyed having you as a waitress. I will definitely come back there and will at any time recommend this as i already did. I want to bring my husband there, but we need to sleep over.
Our services (wifi) was cut due to the fact that we cannot pick up a phone and speak to the people. Everthing is on whatsapp. what the hell? I came to work at 8 and speak to so many people, such as Siyabonga G and a certain Wesley. It is 15.17 in the afternoon and i am still batlling to get my wifi connected and still on whatsapp. Tell me, proor service. why must i struggle to pay? Tell me, people, please make sure that you dont use this service provider. How can a customer speak on whatsapp if their service was suspended?WHOLE DAY I AM ON MY WHATSAPP AND CHAT. Good morning Capitec. I have been battling with my App and capitec could not assist me. I was helped on Saturday and Sunday, but still no App. There is something wrong with the App but Capitec can't help me. They suggested i do internet banking and i am also struggling with that. How is it possible that no one in Capitec can find the problem why the sms can't come through as i had to download a new app. the regional manager at parow centre and the lady who asisted me was excellent, good servcie, but somehow there is a problem why the app can't work. I am moving my account from capitec today cos i have bills to pay and i can't without my app. this is bad for me.
I applied for a new phone via Mondo and then it was an MTN application. We went through the entire application and I was told the waiting period will be between 7 - 10 working days. The application was done on 22 September 2021. Today, 28 September 2021 I enquired about the delivery period and was told that my application was refused. The lady just told me that she does not know what MTN cancelled it. No one informed me, here i am waiting on my phone to be delivered, I was told to have a copy of my ID and proof of address so i went all the way to the bank for proof of address. I don't mind if the application was not approved, i was told it has been approved and i will have my new phone within the time frame. No communication, nothing, If i did not phone, here i would have been waiting like a fool for the phone to arrive. .
On Sunday 29/08/2021 I bought giabata rolls at Spar Kasselsvlei, 4 of them. The time was just after 1 but before 2 o clock. My husband cut it open on Sunday evening, guess what, nothing inside, just a crust. How does one bake stuff like this? The middle part is what you eat to fill your tummy but there was nothing. It was too late to take it back as it was at about 8 o clock. I took pictures which I have on my phone is you need to see. We never ate it and put it back in the packet. I was looking for the slip but could not find it as our son already emptied the dirt out in the big bin. And with covid i dare not scratch int he bin. This is very disappointing, a shop as big and expensive as Spar??? We shop at Spar almost every week if not two or 3 times a week. Kindly advise what can be done in a situation like this as we have the rolls at home, nothing to eat. How bad is that for business. The top part of the roll was as white as snow, why? Can anyone explain that to me? I bought a few items and went back to buy more items as I forgot something. And that slip I have if you want to see the time I was there. I am aware that one cannot see inside the roll if it bakes but something must have gone wrong. Your urgent and prompt response to this message will be highly appreciated as the rolls are not edible. I called Mr Price Cavendish Square yesterday, 18/08/2021, and I asked to speak to the Store Manager. I live out in the Northern Suburbs and can't get to the Southern Suburbs to get this item. This store manager, Brandon Boltman assured me that he will make a plan before Saturday as Sunday is my birthday. I was overwhelmed by his service, which was top-notch service. I am all about customer service and i must salute this manager, He gave me the assurance that i will get my packet before my birthday. I called him today to make sure i will get my packet, and yes, he confirmed that he will go the extra mile. Well done MR Price, this is what i call "service with a smile". Brandon, Gods blessings rest upon your job and may you just grow from strength to strenght.
A few weeks ago i complaint about HIH technologies who did not deliver. This time around they did and kept their promise. A very kind gentleman came around to repair the entire floor and this made me happy. Thank you Terence for availing yourself and for being so kind to use your weekend time to accommodate us. Thank you to Robyn who also went the extra mile to make sure that this gets done.
Just by typing the name of this company leaves such a bitter taste in my mouth. I have posted last week and uptil now no reply. They are still busy playing their ball game, pointing me from pillar to post, telling me stories. Listen here, i am a grown up adult, i had my story time when i was a child. Get to the root of my problem and solve it. In less than a week i probably spoke to 10 people, all of them incompetent and disrespectful. Does this company know what it is have customer service? I gave so much referalls, so sorry i did that cos my friends and family membes who are professionals will think bad of me? Please get your act together, contact me ASAP on Monday morning and come finish my dinging room floor. Remember this is an Ombudsman, that is my next step, then Carte Blanche as well. I am not going to leave this matter unattended as i was mislead.
