After having 5 fines paid in full using paycity/fines sa (Both seem to be the same service) I am not recieving email notification of unpaid fines. I have proof of paying these and still have 5 fines should payment is needed on there site. This is now 3 months after making payment. The one fine seems to have not been paid even though i asked them to make sure every single fine was paid. Wont be using these services again as they seem to be pocketing the money and not paying the fines. I will be taking this up with the traffic department as this looks very suspect as on there site all 5 fines are still showing as unpaid.
Very very strange business. No mention of what they sell or what industry they are in. Seems like the overseas company deals with metal works and welding and plasma cutting but no mention of anything other than "sales people" and lots of mentions of possible work and positions in sales. Advertised a job for 20 positions in sales but no link to what they sell and seems to be "individual sales" like we should be selling our own product through them or something like that. Lots of dead links on the website. I scanned through the source code of the site with no link to who made it and any other web link which the web devs generally put in as a comment somewhere in the code. Very very suspect and calls dont get answered and go straight to voicemail. I will be going to this business location as I live nearby and will take pictures and snoop around as hard as I can. AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! VERY VERY STRANGE WORDING! Most of the details on the website are copy paste from stock photos and very generic sounding text basically explaining what sales people are meant to do. (sales duuuh) I will be calling the foriegn brach and seeing if they know about any local agents in south africa.
Other than being an absolutely awful bank to work with they keep debiting me for FNB LIFE. The amount of times I have turned this down is actually ridiculous. They continue to debit my account and I continue to dispute the debits. There seems to be no end to this as I have cancelled this multiple times only to have them debit me again. This started in 2017 where 2 debits would come off monthly. Mainly in the ranges of R6-R8 for the one and R20-R40 for the second one. How do you cancel a service you specifically said you do not need when its your own bank recreating it and debiting you every month. I feel like this is stealing from customers who have said multiple times that they do not need this service.
