Absolute Nightmare to deal with.
If you are considering moving into a property managed by PMI, think again. My experience with them has been nothing short of catastrophic. They are utterly useless, unprofessional, and childish. No matter how you try to reach them—WhatsApp, email, their app, or phone—they ignore all forms of communication. When you do call, they invent excuses, claiming the person you need is “busy” or “not available,” which is blatant lying. We currently live under a tenant above us who makes excessive noise and even leaves cigarette butts and chicken bones in our yard. Despite repeated complaints, PMI has done absolutely nothing to address the situation. We genuinely feel unsafe in our own home because of their inaction. To any potential buyers or tenants: check who manages the property before committing. If it’s PMI, run the other way. They are ***********, dismissive, and make living in the building a nightmare.

They don't refund they steal your money
Ordered online. One item was out of stock. Been fighting for a refund all week! The store staff apparently can't raxh the owner. Apparently these days the owner is difficult to reach! Probably holidaying with stolen money. I've emailed the owner no reply. I've emailed the store many times, no reply! I've called and the staff just say they will get back to me and don't! Please do. Not trade with this brand! Thieves!
