I received an email where they stated that my last payment was made on 2021-07-02 and that no further payments have been received. They also stated that I have failed to honour my payment arrangement which was untrue. They demanded a payment immediately or legal process will continue against me. I phoned the office and were transferred 4 times before speaking to Thandi. I indicated that 2 payments were made after the date stated above and I would like to send her the proof of payment to allocate it to my account. She then responded by saying it's not necessary and became very very rude The staff is very unhelpful. I make my payments every month and they do not know my personal situation so they shouldn't judge.
