In December 2021 I settled my account, till date this account is still showing on the credit bureau… I found out the reason being is due to the number on the letter happens to be the card number and not the account number, I called multiple times for them to change the number on the letter so I can get my name cleared on the credit bureau. Every time I call, the ladies there are flippen rude!!!! They tell me someone will call me back and no one ever does, this morning I was told someone will call me back after 12:30 but surprise surprise, no one did…when my account was in arrears I had phone calls multiple times a day, now that my account has been settled, no one can call me, no one can follow through. MY ACCOUNT WAS SETTLED IN 2021 and till date I have to deal with this pathetic company and pathetic customer service

I received an email where they stated that my last payment was made on 2021-07-02 and that no further payments have been received. They also stated that I have failed to honour my payment arrangement which was untrue. They demanded a payment immediately or legal process will continue against me. I phoned the office and were transferred 4 times before speaking to Thandi. I indicated that 2 payments were made after the date stated above and I would like to send her the proof of payment to allocate it to my account. She then responded by saying it's not necessary and became very very rude The staff is very unhelpful. I make my payments every month and they do not know my personal situation so they shouldn't judge.

The most criminal female, screaming at me yesterday when we were under attack in KZN and men were out fighting for our lives. She demanded money immediately even though I had asked for the bank details a few days ago, threatening to summons us. She would not even hear that we were being attacked. What a heartless criminal. I have an email to prove I asked for the bank details. But she screamed louder and louder. We were in a panic state already as our lives were under threat. This is harassment and criminal and I want action taken against her. Her email address is collections52@brodlaw.co.za. Now we have no money as we have to buy as much food as we can to try survive. This co didnt care when we buried our son 3 weeks ago, retrenched in Dec and still no UIF?

I am so disgusted by the attitude displayed by one of the employees at this company called Chris. He called me numerous times on my work phone and sent threatening emails telling me I have not been paying my account since 2019 when every month they debit my account. They should monitor the calls these people make to us.

Pathetic! Phoned me a number of times today, but not long enough for me to answer. I phoned back and all I got was music playing. Best of all I got a SMS stating a payment arrangement was entered into.

Hi, im in urgent need of help with my revolving loan through standard bank that has been handed over to SBM, never in my life have a come across such helplessness, im currently unemployed and struggling, i pay what i can when i can but seem to be stuck with debt that is never gonna get settled as the amount doesnt get less, infact it just goes up and up, no matter how many times i explain my situation i seem to get treated like a criminal and never get offered any solutions, like they do as little as possible, surely there should be a thing such as registering as a slow payer, PLEASE HELP

I need Hello Peter to help me asap regarding this matter. My standard bankhome loan account has been handed over to the SBM Attorneys, yesterday 10 June 2019 I called through to the SBM ATTORNEYS asking for an account number that I can make the payment. I was assisted by Khanyisile Sibeko who was very rude and unprofessional. She told me I need to make a full payments of R32000. I tried explaining that I'm not working so don't have that amount of money right now. I asked for a solution and a way forward because it's frustrating she told me I will understand when the sheriff's come to my tomorrow on the 12 June 2019. After we were done talking on the telephone I recieved threatening messages about Sheriff's. I called again and I was assisted by Londiwe çwho told me what to do. Khanyisile Sibeko then sent me rude emails that I should stop sending her emails requesting that she calls me and I was merely returning her call. I need serious help regarding this thank you.

I mean here is a collecter that demands that I go walk into a bank to pay my debt. What ever happened to y2k,we are ushering in the fourth industrial revolution.!It is 2019 and this ***** tells me that I cannot transfer via eft, last time I checked I wasn't sitting around watching my nails grow to even walk into a bank. That's why we internet banking to prevent such. And here are there rigid lawyers that want me to walk into a bank. Nx!
