Criminal Female handling outstanding account

The most criminal female, screaming at me yesterday when we were under attack in KZN and men were out fighting for our lives. She demanded money immediately even though I had asked for the bank details a few days ago, threatening to summons us. She would not even hear that we were being attacked. What a heartless criminal. I have an email to prove I asked for the bank details. But she screamed louder and louder. We were in a panic state already as our lives were under threat. This co didnt care when we buried our son 3 weeks ago, retrenched in Dec and still no UIF?
