I'm in the tellers queue, and I'm the 12th person waiting to be serviced by two tellers(teller 5and teller 2) are the only ones OPEN. hire more staff... Where's your demand planning??????? Geewiz
I mean here is a collecter that demands that I go walk into a bank to pay my debt. What ever happened to y2k,we are ushering in the fourth industrial revolution.!It is 2019 and this ***** tells me that I cannot transfer via eft, last time I checked I wasn't sitting around watching my nails grow to even walk into a bank. That's why we internet banking to prevent such. And here are there rigid lawyers that want me to walk into a bank. Nx!

reported fault on 4 Dec 2017.Ive had to use my cell C airtime to call 4 times just to get my fault acknowledged. im going into two months without a landline. Frustrated that in this month of January i called in thrice to check on the process. first the consultant sounded like a trainee however did not inform me. she gave me a winding story going east in reverse, said shell come back to me. nada! second a consultant named Glorius told me the fault had not been escalated, said hed check and contact me back. nix! only today i find someone thats level headed and knows their work( Joanne) to escalate, provided me with an escalation number. Your services sucks TELKOM. So annoyed.
Its worse to have to wait for your stuff 2 months to deliver,then not receive them. Im done! Remove app immediately.
<p>Sat in jean crossing at around 20:00 today, 30 min ago. The staff knocking off were loud, distracting others still working, causing chaos. Never seen such noice during a shift change, could barely get attention yet hear myself speak as I was trying to order.tables were dirty,had to request them to be cleaned in the midst of the noise. Its as if there was no manager around. The last straw was when I found hair on my whopper. I am disgusted! </p> <p> </p> <p>The burger was replaced after I complained.</p>
