Rude
Very disappointed at the service I received at Evergreen kempton park. The cashier Princess Moshobane was very rude and unfriendly. Told me to pack my own groceries while other tills had a packer.

Worst service ever. My parcel was out for delivery this morning and the whole day I waited and nothing. We use fast couriers so we can get our goods fast enough and they offering bad service. I might as well use Paxi at PEP because you failing. I need this resolved and need that parcel urgently.

Satisfied

Disappointed
Very disappointed in their service. I was advised that they will come today to install the wifi and they nowhere and did not even let me know. If I knew they were this bad I would have chose another service provider. All they know is to take your money.

Just got back from Mc Donald’s Stoneridge and they made a mistake with my order. Instead of 3 cokes they gave me two and I paid for all 3. Trying to call them and they don’t answer. Order no# 3613

Disappointed
They been giving me a run around for weeks now. Blocked my card , telling me my account was involved in fraud and they investigating. I’m currently not working and depend on that money they blocked to buy groceries and electricity. I am really disappointed with Capitec.

Disappointed
I have been struggling to geld hold of them for days now. I have paid up their account but they still appear on my credit bureau and this is affecting my credit. I need them to call me back ASAP and clear this urgently.
