URGENT: Telkom Failed to Deliver Data After Payment - Case #87386296 I'm writing to warn others about Telkom's terrible customer service. What happened: - Purchased 10GB LTE data for R149 on Telkom website on 27/06/2025 - Payment successful, BUT data NOT loaded - Received error message and funds were debited from my account **Telkom's broken promises:** - Customer care promised data load next morning - DIDN'T HAPPEN - Case #87386296 logged, promised feedback within 72 hours - IGNORED - Multiple follow-ups ignored, no resolution Current status: - No data loaded - Funds debited from my account - Refused authorization letter for bank to reverse funds Telkom, fix this urgent issue! Has anyone else experienced similar Telkom customer service failures?
A total ****. The car dealer advertised an Opel Corsa Lite for 17k I'm currently based in Joburg and the Car Dealer advised that they are based in Durban I made arrangements to go see the car on the following day as I was really interested in the car. At first I wanted to pay the deposit so that the car can be delivered to me but my gut feeling said NO. When I spoke to the Car Dealer he said to me that if I can come the following day I will find the car. I traveled all the way from Johannesburg to Durban and got there early in the morning 7AM and I was told that the car has been sold and mind you when I spoke to this guy who told me to come, it was at 17:30 on the previous day. I didn't even see the Car Dealership on the address that was given to me. SO BE VERY WEARY OF THESE ****MERS!!!
I need Hello Peter to help me asap regarding this matter. My standard bankhome loan account has been handed over to the SBM Attorneys, yesterday 10 June 2019 I called through to the SBM ATTORNEYS asking for an account number that I can make the payment. I was assisted by Khanyisile Sibeko who was very rude and unprofessional. She told me I need to make a full payments of R32000. I tried explaining that I'm not working so don't have that amount of money right now. I asked for a solution and a way forward because it's frustrating she told me I will understand when the sheriff's come to my tomorrow on the 12 June 2019. After we were done talking on the telephone I recieved threatening messages about Sheriff's. I called again and I was assisted by Londiwe çwho told me what to do. Khanyisile Sibeko then sent me rude emails that I should stop sending her emails requesting that she calls me and I was merely returning her call. I need serious help regarding this thank you.
