Bad client service
Their client service is really bad. I have put in a request for moving house to transfer my fiber in Nov 2025. Its now 31/1/2026 amd they have still not contacted me.

Ive placed an order on 4/6/2023. Have not received it. I did ask for a refund. They did say that they will send it to the finance dept for review. Havent receive any reply yet.

Delivery date
Dont buy furniture from this shop. No one answer the phone and when you ask them about the delivery date all they say is between 3 and 7 working days. You have to pay a delivery fee but they cannot even tell you when it will be

Thank you Baby Couture..you absolutely made my shopping amazing and you made sure my package was delivered faster then normal, quick and on time for the baby shower. The clothing and blanket was received in perfect condition and beautifully wrap.
