This company is a ****. Their website is very believable. I ordered Jura coffee machine filters and there has been no delivery and despite attempts to contact them there has been no response. DO NOT BUY

FRAUD
They are fraudsters .DO. NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IHAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED OF R21 000 FOR A LITHIUM BATTERY IN DECEMBER 2022. I AM HUNTING THEM DOWN

Not all it seems
A slick website and customer journey to the point of paying, sucks you in. I experienced a lack of delivery and many excuses over 10 days before sourcing tyres elsewhere with delivery in a couple of days. Finally after much back and forth and threat of using our Company PI's we received a full refund. Be very aware.

Tyre Fitment
The Jeffreys Bay branch could not have been more helpful in assisting me, even though there was very little in it for them, when I needed to get a tyre replaced urgently.

All is Not Well
The website is well set up and all looks good in terms of the customer journey until the delivery stage. I was given excise after excuse for why my two tyres were not delivered to the Eastern Cape within 10 days when the max period should be 3. I sourced direct from a Fitment co in Cape Town and they were delivered over night. Only threats of PI involvement from our Insurance Co to uncover this SCAM saw my cash being refunded eventually.
