This is the poorest service I have never seen in my entire life. Since 09.09.2021 my tax return was finalized, but up to this day (2 months later) I haven't received my refund, because apparently, my banking details at SARS are not valid. 3 times I took a day off from work to physically go to the Durban branch, and 3 times nobody was competent enough to resolve my issue. I've been told to upload my documents over and over again, which I have done more than 10 times. I have booked telephonic engagements, and I have spoken to more than 20 different officials who told me to wait for 24hrs, yet I still receive a notification saying that my banking details are incorrect, and when I log into my efiling, indeed, I can see that there is no change, and my banking details are still marked as invalid. Being from the customer service domain myself, this is the poorest service I have ever seen. The only thing they can do is to tell you to stay and rate the call. Damn! You have not resolved my issue but you want my CSAT; that's crazy. This is really an embarrassment for all other good agents who do their job well, but sorry, y'all image has been tarnished by the bunch of incompetent colleagues you have. Just think of a rotten tomato among fresh ones! Me, writing this long review, imagine what is the level of my disappointment, my frustration, and my exasperation.
Me giving then one star is just because there is no option for 0 Star. This is a huge scam. I purchased a wrist watch from them; after doing my eft payment they stopped replying to my emails and deleted their two Facebook pages. SCAM!
