Appalling company. Worst customer service EVER. Still awaiting my refund. Don’t expect them to do anything they say they’ll do, including making the order you pay for. And when they mess up again and again, don’t expect snuggling as simple even as an apology.
The products are good but the company is in a shambles and I will never use them again and advise others to steer clear. They are selective in which messages they reply to. Didn’t communicate about delays except when I followed up. I ordered a chair nearly three months ago. After about 2.5 months they said they no longer have the fabric to make that chair!!! What company takes your money for a product and then doesn’t set aside the materials needed to make it?? They didn’t apologise. Instead they said an asinine thing: we wanted to send it today but we no longer have the right fabric. Honestly. There are no words. I asked for a refund 9 days ago. I’m still waiting and there has been no indication as to why there’s a delay. So they have basically sat on my R3,000 odd for nearly 3 months. What an appallingly unprofessional company.
