Outstanding performance and experience
Pro Shades have just finished installing my patio roof, awning and drop sides and what an experience. From beginning with Victor to end of installation with Robin, Marco and Toby they have been superb. It is so nice to see professionalism at work. Robin and Marco are perfectionists. They took so much pride in doing the job well it was as if they were working on their own homes. Besides being highly professional, they were incredibly friendly but at the same time polite. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and the end result will add great value to our property. Thank you Victor for being so responsive to my many questions and running a great business.

Excellent service
QC came out and did a full inspection for compliance certificates. I accepted their quote and they came and did all the work on the day and at the time arranged. Absolutely prompt. The contractors were professional, polite and friendly. They did everything that was required for the electrical, gas and water certificates. They cleaned up afterwards and left the house the way they found it which was neat, clean and tidy. A 1st class experience - thank you!

Everything but service at Builders Warehouse!
A great pity that zero stars is not an option! Clearly something is fundamentally wrong with this company! They don't even respond to the reviews showing that the "couldn't care less" attitude displayed by the staff extends to their social media management. A new, "improved" outlet launched in Retreat Cape Town at what must have been substantial cost, stocking 1000's of items lacks the key ingredient for any retail outlet - customer service supported by management visibility and involvement. Staff just not interested in assisting when you can find one to speak to. Signage to assist customers to locate items (very necessary in the absence of useful staff) is seriously defective. A retail experience that I can well do without. Whilst BUCO and Mica might be slightly more expensive, this is balanced out by good, wholesome proactive customer service not to mention the huge time savings. I guess as with the rest of these reviews, this one will not receive any response from the company's management. I'm still awaiting a response to an email that I sent directly to them with an automated response assuring me that I would get a response within 48 hours. Hmmm, 48 hours and counting!!! Guess I'm just another small customer who will take his insignificant business elsewhere 🤬
