Really excellent service from the time I took in my washing machine which went faulty in Christmas week. The whole process of booking it in and having it transferred out the back of my bakkie into their workshop went very smoothly. Within two days I received the quote, which was very reasonable, and a couple of days later the machine was repaired and ready for collection. The attitude and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding.
I have been trying for two days to go online to get an appointment at the bank to do the necessary for my passport to be renewed. Yesterday I was offered three provinces in which to get an appointment. They were Gauteng, Eastern Cape, and Port Elizabeth (province??) I need the appointment in Cape Town. Today I can't even get this far because the OTP arrives before the circle stops turning. I have never experience such a terrible, useless website. When phoning the helpline, the first helpline is no longer operational and the second one you have to wait for absolute ages. Yesterday I waited for 15 minutes before I gave up. Surely an IT specialist can sort this out quickly. Unless the code is the underlying problem. Either way it's a pathetic non-service.
For the past seven years I have subscribed to a monthly magazine from the UK. Every month the magazine arrived, until December 2020. After that there were no more magazines. I have been in contact with the suppliers/printers of the magazine who said that the magazines had definitely been sent to me from the UK. However, they sent me six copies of the magazines that I had not received. These have also not been delivered. I have sent three emails to the customer service at the the post office over the past few months. I have not even received the curtesy of an acknowledgement. Where to from here?
