I made a purchase which successfully went off from my end and confirmed by FNB app of payment. The branch system froze and they refused to hand over goods claiming the system is not reflecting. I had to wait for the manager to contact head office and that process took forever. This process was not done in front of me. I was left at the counter with little reassurance for half an hour. They could not cancel nor provide any written proof to address the matter but asked that I pay again. They asked me to wait until they confirm with head office and the bank. The service was pathetic. The matter was handled by store manager Ntabi.
