Visited Le Bijou at BluBird on 27 Aug 2025. The store owner spoke to me in a belittling way, repeatedly using my name to undermine me. Her manner was unprofessional, rude and dismissive when I asked about prices. Shocking experience!
Bad bad bad! Ordered a tracksuit that’s took over 6 weeks to be received , only to be told the goods were involved in a hijacking where the driver was shot & killed. Had an option to reorder the tracksuit which I declined as I had already been waiting for over 6 weeks. Requested a refund & was told to wait 30 days. In good faith I did. Excuse after excuse & told to wait wait wait wait for her to get feedback from China . Which now she cannot reach… amazing how I was going to get a reordered tracksuit without them all of a sudden being unreachable. Requested proof of the incident & was told if I send it to you I am not refunding you ! Do not use this online clothing company…. Still no goods, still no refund and she is sitting with my money…
