I have paid this lady for clothes the amount was R2100. I was rushed to pay as she could not place the order for the clothes without payment. She had placed the order from some company. I waited weeks - I was then told that my order was stolen during the rioting - fine understandable. She then said I could re-order which I did. Then I was told she had paid for my clothes but I will have to wait as she needs to reach her target before I can receive my order. I was not given any date on when this will be but more excuses on why she had not reached it. I eventually was tired of waiting and asked for a refund which I was told that I can not get as she had paid the money over. Now every time I attempt to message her my messages never go through. The last time this happened her phone was stolen now they don't go through at all. She claims to be a Christian but this nor very Christian like! I am out of pocket of R2100 and have no clothes to show for it! Please be careful should you ever decide to order from her!

Bad bad bad! Ordered a tracksuit that’s took over 6 weeks to be received , only to be told the goods were involved in a hijacking where the driver was shot & killed. Had an option to reorder the tracksuit which I declined as I had already been waiting for over 6 weeks. Requested a refund & was told to wait 30 days. In good faith I did. Excuse after excuse & told to wait wait wait wait for her to get feedback from China . Which now she cannot reach… amazing how I was going to get a reordered tracksuit without them all of a sudden being unreachable. Requested proof of the incident & was told if I send it to you I am not refunding you ! Do not use this online clothing company…. Still no goods, still no refund and she is sitting with my money…

<p>I ordered and paid Gerardine Farah in July. She promised me my items will be ordered end of July and I can expect my items within 14 working days. When I asked in this week about my order,she said I didn't order end of July and will only order end of August. She never sent me anything saying my order will be placed a month later. No sorry or anything from her. When I told her about her promise that she made I got an attitude from her! I will never ever order anything from her again.</p>

Problem reported on 22nd Jan STILL NOT RESOLVED !! Purchased and ordered a large sum of goods from Gerardine Farah ! <br> Paid for 29th July only received 11th Dec. On the day I recieved my order I contacted her regarding the 3 pairs of jeans that I ordered were exactly the same but the one size had been marked incorrectly as they were huge on me. In writing- she agreed to exchange them for me in the new year on return from our holiday. Which I confirmed with her in writing ( we would be away 15th Dec to 9th Jan) , and she too was closing over the festive season. But since our return and my attempt to exchange the large jeans, Gerardine Farah is now refusing to do this!!! Despite the copies of commitment and communication done on the 11th December. \ she is now saying that she will only do exchanges through a 10 day period ? Not to forget - I had to wait from 22nd July to 11th December before I recieved all my stocks that I had paid for !! <br> Gerardine Farah's response is then \" take your jeans to the tailer to be made smaller ?? ) After I paid R750.00 per pair !! <br> This issue will get resolved irrespective as this is no way to conduct business !!! I am from the corporate business world ! "

On the 29th July 2015 I ordered and paid a large sum of money for tackies, dress and 3x pairs of lace jeans all in the same size I wear. It took up until the 11th Dec before I recieved my stocks. Due to excuses made that Gerardine was having a problem with her supplier. On receipt of my order, I tried on my goods to discover that one pair of the jeans were huge on me, but marked the same size as the other 2 which were identical . I made contact with Geradine requesting an exchange be done for a smaller size, explaining the problem. Gerardine said she would gladly exchange it but wanted to send the courier to collect it the next day. Which I inboxed her again on Facebook to say I wouldn't be here as we were going on our Xmas vocation with our children and would only be back on the 9th Jan 2016. Her reply back was - that's fine we will only be able to do it next year then. Which was agreed by both parties. Since my return I inboxed Gerardine to complete the exchange. With no reply. Continued to try and make contact until finally last night. To now be told she will not exchange the 1 pair of large jeans. Not to forget I waited \6 MONTHS "for this order that I had already paid for !!"""

I am soooo disappointed with the behaviour of Gerardine Farah from The sassy gorgeous beautique. I took a chance and ordered swimsuits from her for a friend's birthday. She completely stuffed up my order (even after ordering me to use her\size chart""; so I chose to use my exchange for xmas gifts. I was promised by her that they would be here in time! Now Miss Farah; has have temporarily deactivated her Facebook account and contact numbers; she has now left with my money to have a lovely Christmas with her family and I am now left; once again; absolutely screwed. Well done Miss Farah;well done. """

We ordered from the Online shop on Facebook 2x pairs of Nikes, black and white as per the pic. Gerardine accepted the R1300 eft, but send us wrong color Nikes that we did not want or ordered. Said her supplier sent wrong color, but did not give us option to decline the order. Then she said no refunds AND if we want to exchange we must pay R200 for her courier to collect our wrong order.<br> <br> I send back the tekkies at my own cost Oct 31 and then tried to get replacement tekkies, that were out of stock 2x when I ordered. Realised I was getting the run around and got a friend to order same as me on same date.
