Shocking service, now dissappeared with my money

I am soooo disappointed with the behaviour of Gerardine Farah from The sassy gorgeous beautique. I took a chance and ordered swimsuits from her for a friend's birthday. She completely stuffed up my order (even after ordering me to use her\size chart""; so I chose to use my exchange for xmas gifts. I was promised by her that they would be here in time! Now Miss Farah; has have temporarily deactivated her Facebook account and contact numbers; she has now left with my money to have a lovely Christmas with her family and I am now left; once again; absolutely screwed.
