Problem reported on 22nd Jan STILL NOT RESOLVED !! Purchased and ordered a large sum of goods from Gerardine Farah ! <br> Paid for 29th July only received 11th Dec. On the day I recieved my order I contacted her regarding the 3 pairs of jeans that I ordered were exactly the same but the one size had been marked incorrectly as they were huge on me. In writing- she agreed to exchange them for me in the new year on return from our holiday. Which I confirmed with her in writing ( we would be away 15th Dec to 9th Jan) , and she too was closing over the festive season. But since our return and my attempt to exchange the large jeans, Gerardine Farah is now refusing to do this!!! Despite the copies of commitment and communication done on the 11th December. \ she is now saying that she will only do exchanges through a 10 day period ? Not to forget - I had to wait from 22nd July to 11th December before I recieved all my stocks that I had paid for !! <br> Gerardine Farah's response is then \" take your jeans to the tailer to be made smaller ?? ) After I paid R750.00 per pair !! <br> This issue will get resolved irrespective as this is no way to conduct business !!! I am from the corporate business world ! "
