Unethical Business

On the 29th July 2015 I ordered and paid a large sum of money for tackies, dress and 3x pairs of lace jeans all in the same size I wear. It took up until the 11th Dec before I recieved my stocks. Due to excuses made that Gerardine was having a problem with her supplier. On receipt of my order, I tried on my goods to discover that one pair of the jeans were huge on me, but marked the same size as the other 2 which were identical . I made contact with Geradine requesting an exchange be done for a smaller size, explaining the problem. Gerardine said she would gladly exchange it but wanted to send the courier to collect it the next day. Which I inboxed her again on Facebook to say I wouldn't be here as we were going on our Xmas vocation with our children and would only be back on the 9th Jan 2016. Her reply back was - that's fine we will only be able to do it next year then. Which was agreed by both parties. Since my return I inboxed Gerardine to complete the exchange. With no reply. Continued to try and make contact until finally last night. To now be told she will not exchange the 1 pair of large jeans.
