Mulson used cars in Boksburg
. I bought a vehicle, 2014 Volkswagen Polo TSI 1.2 Turbo comfortline at cars b us/Mulsons used cars through Absa. On the same day of collection of the vehicle , I experienced alot of problems, the car didn’t have any power after selecting the second gear and the car was idling in a very uncomfortable way. I raised my concerns with the dealership but I was told that all Polo tsi are like this, therefore I shouldn’t worry it’s a norm. I decided to take the car to dealership so they can check it, but it was only test drived and given back to me and I Was told there is nothing wrong with the vehicle, a couple of days after the problem persisted it was only then the car was taken to a workshop for 3 days and was then given back to me.. On the very same month I had to go back to Northen cape to resume my work duties, to my suprises when I had just left Gauteng the EPC light went on and the vehicle needed water and all through out my journey to Kimberley. The car has been back and forth to their mechanic and he just makes things worse...Im now stuck with A faulty car , its smoking, the is a sound coming out from the engine... This people have ruined my life in everyway possible.. They have caused me so much financial strain...
