Surrendered my vehicle on the 2nd of October and I haven't received any feedback Today 19 November from AVF after numerous calls and emails. Consultants keep on forwarding my call to the next person who is also unable to assist me.
Very disappointed in Volkswagen for turning me down twice when I wanted to trade in my 2022 Volkswagen Polo R-line. First at NTT Kimberley where they made a ridiculous offer but I accepted because I wanted to downgrade and afterwards at VW Upington. Both told me that my shortfall is too much and that their supervisors would never sign off on such a deal. One of the salesman said that they'd get back to me and it's been a month already.
My vehicle has been with them for more than 2 months and they just keep delaying and extending the completion date. They are very unhelpful don't care about their clients. My vehicle has been ready for delivery 4 days ago and on the day of delivery they informed me that their lowbed is out of town. I would not recommend them to anyone.
My vehicle has been at repairs (Kallies Panelbeaters Upington) for more than 2 months and Santam has been giving me the run around ever since. They are unhelpful and blame the Panelbeaters for the delay but they do nothing on their end to help the process.
My windshield claim was authorized within an hour of submission. Excellent service
