System not user friendly
B.O benefiary ownership We are required to file for a beneficial ownership, my concern is not everyone is literate. The office should help us to submit documents but, we are always referred to do ourselves

Fnb doesn't update online daily lotto since 3rd October, how are we supposed to see results, what if we have won

Fees very high
Have you realized that fnd online lottery play charges you 2.70 per transactions imagine playing daily lotto that costs r3 and the can only allow you to play 2 lines and above meaning it will 3x2 plus r2.70 why do we have to pay so much fees simply for choosing fnb, personally this should cost around r0.50

I was *****ed
Bought a McDonald's big make, the lady said they don't have water so they don't have coldrinks, she said she will replace it with something forgot the names, I later discovered that I paid 40rand for a burger only 22rand for fries and 12rand for that replacement she said she will give me. I have soon realized that their prices went up ridiculously time for us to move to other places
