These guys must have a call quota to fill every day........ someone will call and as soon as you answer they drop the call, when you call back its all apologies. I hope there is someone checking the time duration of the calls their consultants make so that they can see who is just clocking in and clocking out.
Hi, Was just in Checkers in Northmead Benoni and was doing my monthly groceries, while deciding on veggies for the week while holding the cooler door open deciding what I want one of the pickers for the home shopping pushes in front of me and grabs a packet of beans. When I asked him what he was doing he said "picking" I told him to get me a manager, he laughed at me and walked away dropping one shoulder and sliding his foot in a true tsotsi style. I found a manager and told her what happened suddenly he was sorry lookin at the floor and really laying it on, the manager told him to finish what he was doing and come see her. He turned away sucked his teeth and smirked. Is this the way we are to be treated, spending our money at a place that we are disrespect, these express pickers will push in front of you and almost run you over they are rude and arrogant. Checkers that was the last time you saw me.
I ordered a pair of DC shoes, when the package came it looked a bit small, so I opened it, inside was a pair of Levi jeans so I rejected the order and got on the phone with them. They were "sincerely" apologetic and tracked my parcel to the Kempton Park depot, I was told it would be rectified and be delivered the same day... I waited and waited and eventually had to leave work as the shop was closing. Before I left, I called again and was told the driver was on route to Spartan, I explained I couldn't wait and was assured that it would be delivered to my home address the next day (Saturday) and still nothing. I have spoken to 6 different people who assured me it would be resolved and still nothing, (the one lady wanted to send me more jeans after explaining and explaining that I did not order jeans). all you get is a generic email apologising for the inconvenience and delay and that it will be escalated to the correct department, and someone will be in contact soon...
I have paid on time every month but because of some kind of miscommunication I am now labelled a slow payer and I that I don't pay on time. When I did enquire about this I was told SORRY there is nothing they can do and in a year or two my credit score should improve........... This is not good enough I am blocked because of this I cant even open a Truworths account!! secondly the constant phone calls to open a debit order for the instalments to go off is very tiresome and the operator seems to think they can hold you to ransom by saying if you have a debit order the phone calls will stop. Speaking to an operator is also tiresome they sound like they are following a script and have no real answers
