I recently bought a 2nd hand car from Lexus Midrand and have been treated like royalty. I’ve never before experienced such great customer service. We’ll done & keep up the superior customer service!
The lack of service delivery at FNB is pathetic. I had an illegal withdrawal from on of my accounts. I tried reporting this on the app which reflected that there were no transactions to display. I was then told by my banker to refer it to the private wealth service suite which I did in writing. That was on the 27th of October & I have still not received a response from them.
Have asked several times for my tax certificate to be emailed to me because I can't dow load it but no avail. All I get is electronic acknowlegement of complaint. Such poor service.
