Excellent service
What an excellent service I received from Takealot staff. I purchased a Star Master toy and paid R60 for delivery. Well the light did not wNt to rotate so I reported ot to them on which they answered me promptly and collected the item and replaced it on their own delivery costs. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Well done I am using this service much more now as they make it a pleasure to shop with them.

False advertising
I ordered this globe decanter from Cyrodir and received one glass. They falsely advertise this as a globe decanter with ship and two glasses and then you only receive one glass Upon complaining on their web page I get told that there was options involved whichever were not clearly marked. I have noticed as well that they have deleted all the comments on this from their profile page pictures of this or rather have filtered them out for over 50npetsins complained of the same thing.
