Since communicating with them almost a year ago and their assurance that they will try to resolve the matter and get back to me, has not happened. They have ignored my request and did not even bother to attempt to source the product I was looking for, which was the lipton green tea and mint. I am so put off this store. I have been a few times just to check whether they have the product but I will not be setting my foot in that store again.

Disappointing service delivery
What they portray on their open days, is not what happens once you have enrolled your child and paid the fees. The unprofessionalism is not good. They change the subjects and syllabus as they please, without explanation or consideration. The no care attitude that is portrayed for both the student and their parent / sponsor. If I could do it all over again, I would never choose this school. I can't wait for my child to be done at the end of the year.

I would like to enquire why you never have the lipton green tea & mint in store but you have the lipton green tea & lemon. Could you also stock the lipton green tea & mint. I have to always go to another store to purchase that one product.
