Beautiful, clean and amazing service from the entire rain farm team. Friendly staff, kept us comfortable, helped us with our baby while we ate. Sent us a vehicle across thr river so we could come to our reservation because our car could not get across. They are amazing.
DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one has contacted me or helped me with my issue from beginning of September All you have been telling me is that you are investigating something that has been an issue since July, All the consultants tell me is that they cant do anything I MUST WAIT YOU ARE PLAYING GAMES WITH MONEY THAT WE ****ING WORK HARD FOR AND YOU CANT EVEN MAKE A SIMPLE CALL TO EVEN SHOW THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO ASSIST THERE IS NOTHING TO INVESTIGATE WHEN YOU HAVE ALL THE PROOF AND ALL THE CALL RECORDINGS IT DOES NOT TAKE 3 MONTHS TO RESOLVE A SIMPLE QUERY BUT YOU ARE VERY FAST TO TAKE OUR MONEY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND CELL C TO ANYONE
I am so deeply frustrated with cell c that it is becoming emotionally and mentally draining. I have requested a cancellation on 1 of my contracts on the 7th July 2021, I have paid, requested cancellation and paid immediately on the 7th july, called in 2 days later and was told that the payment had been allocated and contract cancelled, only to find out in August after debiting me that the contract was not cancelled and I was still paying for it. Called in August and escalated, sent through all proof of payments for cancellation and payment of account, (since cell c was not debiting me on my debit order date) after 1 week of calling everyday and emailing back and forth you guys said that it was done and only cancelled after escalation! NOW IT IS 3OTH SEPTEMBER, Beginning of September I received my bill and STILL GETTING BILLED FOR CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT!!!!!!!! from the 7th September till TODAY, I have been calling after escalating AGAIN AND STILL NO FEEDBACK, I HAVE BEEN CALLING CELL C EVERYDAY!!!!! YOU ARE BILLING ME FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS PAID ON THE 7TH OF JULY!!! Customer care is a joke, all they tell me is that they cant help me and I need to wait I HAVE BEEN PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING AFTER YOU GUYS DID THE CHANGE OVER AND KEPT BLAMING I.T FOR EVERYTHING, I CANT NOW!
