Terrible company
Again i wrote a letter for assistance as my daughter was going to camp ,i wrote it 3 weeks back as i knew she will nees it on the 2nd of Feb then BOOM on the 31st was told to submit a letter from school of which no one told to do when i was using my own airtime calling them .I had to borrow money for my daughter to go and mind you she is doing matric this year im so ****ed with this company !!!!!

Very unprofessional
This is the second time I am complaining about this company,it's like you are begging them to borrow you money while it was left by the Dad.I wrote a letter for financial assistance but no one called me ,just got an SMS saying there are no more funds I am so frustrated as it's not fair cos that money is supposed to be for the child

Horrible
Bad service as usual, their consultant I spoke to on Thursday told me funds will be released on the 4th but now they are telling me stories that I need to submit other documents, is this not an investment?,My daughter gets R750 from the age of 1, now she is 15yrs but still getting same amount and cost of living is very high I feel like I'm am borrowing that money from you but it's an investment my baby daddy left for her daughter?? I'm so over this company, to think I'm a single mom?

Fairheads bull**** company
These people are very unprofessional and if you invest with them they eat your money and tell you stories when it's time to pay.This company should be closed,even consultants are very rude I'm discasted
