GoodDay I would like to lay a *****ulent claim which took place on my medical aid, my name is Msawenkosi Ngcungama - ID 8406215340085 Discovery Medical Aid Membership No. 555187570. On the 31 December 2025 there were 3 claims that were processed amounting to almost R6700.00. Apparently Dr Hadebe whose 2nd depend allowed this. This is clearly very fishy to process these claims I’m 100% sure that there was exchange of cash in this. I can’t believe we have pharmacies which still practice such. Clearly they don’t care about their licence to committee to such *****ulent activity. They showed no remorse and told me to report the matter to the council as they have connections. I’m not happy with this I pay lot money to accumulate these savings. And knowing that I have buffer R7k left for 2025 I have down graded my medical aid with the hope that these saving after I carry them over to 2026 they assist me. Now my plan is down the drain due to this silly practice of these pharmacy. Please look into this. I will wait for your respond. Regards
I’ve placed an order for delivery before 13:00 been going around all the agents with no help. Their service is the worse service ever. To get an ETA for ur order is such a mission. What a total rip off - took vehicle for repairs they only cover R43000.00 out off total repair cost of R97000.00 Claim Number T662782 to think that there is also a top up policy. I’m so much disappointed with the way Motorite handles the claims. I’m now left with a debt of R54000.00. I now firm believer that all these Motorite covers are a scam. All components that failed are listed on their cover but they don’t pay, only cover wat suites them. Now they want me to renew the policy: SMS that was sent to me few days ago: "please note that your policy will come to an end on 10 March 2023. To renew your policy, call us on 087 312 1079. Motorite is an Authorised FSP. Ref:OFX0030203 T&Cs & STD rates apply. Please not respond on this SMS" Motorite is the most unreliable when it comes to service plants and warranties claims. When u r in trouble they go into the bushes. To have a policy and still be in debt doesn’t make sense at all. When taking up the policy they make it sound like everything will be easier. Very much disappointed and dissatisfied. And their Snr. Technical Claims Administrator - Nathaniel Beck told me they were resolving the claim. I’ve been paying for policy but I’m left with such a huge debt to think that there is a main policy + a top up policy 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
My vehicles claim was rejected because no authorisation was given. Vehicle went in for 75k service at Umhlanga Opel CMH where they picked up so many major faulty, advice Motorite of the issue in December, spoke to a guy by the name of Kabelo Makhafola who advise that the vehicle must be taken to an RMI approved Dealership claim no. T648745 was raised, vehicle went in for repairs and was stripped. Unfortunately it was December engineering companies were closing. The gentleman didn’t explain to us that there was an authorisation which was needed. He said old part pictures and new part pictures were needed. The claim raised in December was closed because they have a 3 weeks policy for claims to be attended to. Engineers opened work on wat they were suppose to do, the dealership that was repairing the vehicle was told to re-raise the claim. Now they were dealing with Nathaniel Beck who confirmed that the claim was rejected because no authorisation. All these faults were picked up by diagnostic machine from the Opel Umhlanga the agent Dealer for the vehicle. I am now sitting with almost R100k that I must pay, yet the vehicle has a warranty policy. Motorite are a rip off please stay away from them, they don’t honour any claims, they only want us to take policies, pay them and at the end don’t honour claim they reject claims. Please stay away from them they don’t honour any claims they rip people off.
I’ve been banking with FNB for the past 12 years. Everything I apply with them gets declined, credit card, vehicle finance, Homeloan. Recently been approved by African Bank for 90k credit card, loan facility and overdraft. I’m on private bank account. I was also recently approved for almost 2.5 million rand with SA Homeloan for a bond. This worse bank ever.
