Paid my deposit 6 months ago amd close to 30 emails and still haven’t had an update in when they will convert my meter
Impossible to get hold of someone competent on the phone. I have opted for an install and committed to 12 month contract on the basis that someone will come and install the fibre line as it is not wired into my premises at this stage. All they did was deliver a router and then started invoicing me when nothing is active or installed. Really struggling to get someone to help tell me what the actual process is and would love to speak to someone over the phone because this ticketing process is really unhelpful.
I have been charged R10/day for a service p-squarem-hunkydory-c-01 i have never heard of or agreed to. These practices by vodacom to subsribe people to services and charge without any communication thereof is downright illegal! I will be moving all my services away from Vodacom after 15 years of being a customer as this is now the 3rd and last time this will be happening
