**** arrangement and client prioritization and management
Made the first booking of the day a month in advance, only to get the worst table in the middle of the sun and being shift around the whole time. Would not prefer this place at all for anyone to go to for even a normal occasion. Did ask the manager to assist with at least some shade only to be ignored and also receive a half filled beer.

NOT RECOMMENDABLE, PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE YOU PROCEED
I won't recommend this portal to order fibre, I have placed an order only to find out that the one the portal said would be available based on my adress is not available and they proposed another (not so good) ISP. I then contacted support requesting them to cancel my order and ensure that I won't be charged R249 for the order placed. The agent confirmed the order is cancelled and also confirmed and gave me assurance that there won't be any fee charged (R249) as I have cancelled my order. The same evening they deducted the R249 from my account. I know this would be a huge process to get my money back, therefore I would have rate a ZERO star for this service.

DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY APP
Do not think their delivery app will make your life easier, it does not, they do not deliver late afternoon when most people do not want to go to the market and thinks it would be easier to get their groceries delivered. What is the use of this app then, very disappointing, and after realizing they would only deliver your order the next day the dont even allow you to cancel your order. Pic n Pay not even worth the 1 star.

NOT WORTH IT
Very very very poor service, quick to get you joined but takes forever to assist you in cancelling your membership. Not worthit as you still pay green fees at the course, you will never get an booking available for the nice courses. I requested for my membership to be canceled beginning of Jan 2022 and they still have not assisted me in the cancellation and keeps on deducting money. NOT WORTH IT.

Unprofessional
Not a good agencynto rent from at all, if you rent through them they will NOT pay out your full deposit, does not matter if you kept the unit/place in better condition than received. I did not even receive half of my deposit when i moved out, had to log a case with the housing tribunal.
