I need to exchange one size shirt i ordered for a different size, but all i get is automated emails since beginning of December. Player23 is somehow affiliated but they don't take calls or give directions their process. Classic Shirts' website is also down all of a sudden so now i'm sitting with shirt that cost me almost R1000 and i can't do anything with it.
Although they communicate well via email (only), I paid to file a trademark name in 2020 and now 2 YEARS later an Australian company filed the same name, when it should actually belong to me! I was told to pay again for them to use different lawyers than Stead Law (who's fault it is) if i wanted to take it further :(

I applied to register 2 trademarks with Trademarker (Pty) Ltd, after I paid, I was told to wait 2/3 months after the application. It's been 11 months with little to no feedback. No one on their landline or the attorney offices they claim they use, answers or phone back. CIPC has no knowledge of my registry as yet. Very disappointing after what seemed professional service delivery initially.
