Stead Law - Bad Bad Service!!!
I app**** and paid for a trade mark registration in 2020 through Trademarker and Stead Law. Now 3 years later Rouvière Stead is not responding to my enquiries. I can't complain about the service as there is NO SERVICE!!!!!

Stead Law - Bad Bad Service!!!
I app**** and paid for a trade mark registration in 2020 through Trademarker and Stead Law. Now 3 years later Rouvière Stead is not responding to my enquiries. I can't complain about the service as there is NO SERVICE!!!!!

Not bad service, but NO service at all wrt my trademark registration via Trademarker I paid for in 2020 and now 2 YEARS later an Australian company filed the same name, when that trademark should actually belong to me!!!

Not bad service, but NO service at all wrt my trademark registration via Trademarker I paid for in 2020 and now 2 YEARS later an Australian company filed the same name, when that trademark should actually belong to me!!!

Scamming for 6 years
I started a trademark application in 2016 (SIX YEARS AGO) via Trademarker. There has been zero response from Stead Law in more than despite Trademarker making attempts to contact them - via email only. They have now proposed that I pay afresh and start the process again - this has all the hallmarks of a classical scam.

Scamming for 6 years

Scammer?
Applied for registration of a trade mark in 2017 with Trademarker.com. Invoice paid in full, however to date nothing has been resolved. Both business phone numbers are inactive. The Attorney (Rouviere Stead) has failed to provide updates without being hounded via email. As the previous review states, "This could be a very organised scammer or just plain and simple poor service. They charge a premium for a service that is claimed to be fast and efficient. however it is almost 4 years with no progress."

Scam artist. Dishonest lawyer
I Applied for registration of a trade mark in May 2020 with Trademarker.com. I paid the Invoice in full, however to date nothing has been resolved. the Attorney (Rouviere Stead) has failed to provide updates without being hounded via email. It’s been over a year with no progress. I believe I have been scammed as I have called other trade mark companies who confirm that there is no backlog at the CIPC and that I should have received an application number at most a few weeks after submitting the application. In Addition Mandy from Trademarker has confirmed that they are finally instituting legal action against him. As a small business this scam is most upsetting and disappointing. It is a loss I cannot afford but thanks to the greed and dishonesty of this business I have to endure.
