I paid my courier R2100 to ship an item to Cape Town from Johannesburg. The item was packaged with damage prevention materials. They used a third party shipping company called InterTown Transport without communicating this to me, ITT then broke the item and kept it at their depot without letting anyone know about it. I followed up a week later to find out why my customer did not receive their delivery and I was told that the item was damaged. The item was returned to me two weeks ago, with additional damages making it unusable. When I laid a complaint and requested a refund on shipping and reimbur*****t on the damages so that I could replace the item I was given many excuses and delays. Eventually I was told (lied to) that my claim was being processed and then two days later after following up I was told that their insurance won’t cover the damages. They said that I did not opt for insurance when booking my collection however this option was never available until two weeks ago. This company now refuses to refund my shipping costs and reimbursing me for the damages. I am stuck with a damaged reputation and loss of income and they just don’t care. The two people who “helped” me were Nur Anthony and Mandy Fischer. Nur would not communicate unless I asked for updates. Mandy gave me a sob story of honesty being the best policy yet they brushed the situation off without any remorse. They are not responding to my emails. I am now forced to take the legal route to recover my losses.
Applied for registration of a trade mark in 2020 with Trademarker.com. Invoice paid in full, however to date nothing has been resolved. the Attorney (Rouviere Stead) has failed to provide updates without being hounded via email. his responses have been brief and no concern seems to be shown about the timeline if this request. I have emailed the Attorney but no response has been received. I tried calling but the line is always unavailable. This could be a very organised scammer or just plain and simple poor service. They charge a premium for a service that is claimed to be fast and efficient. however it is almost 2 years with no progress.
Applied to register a trade mark in 2020. payed in full and to date trade mark has not been finalised. I have been back and fourth with the service provider and spoke to Mandy Davis who kept asking me to check back in 2-3 months. I have been sending them emails and the responses have not been satisfying. Mandy Davis has been following up with the Attorneys who file and manage these requests however nothing has been resolved. I feel that the service provider (trademarker) has not been active enough in getting this request sorted out. no sense of urgency unless I email them. I have requested a refund and to date have not received a response.
