I started a trademark application in 2016 (SIX YEARS AGO) via Trademarker. There has been zero response from Stead Law in more than despite Trademarker making attempts to contact them - via email only. They have now proposed that I pay afresh and start the process again - this has all the hallmarks of a classical scam.
After many outages and sustained periods of no connectivity I eventually cancelled my connection from openweb. Unfortunately I did it at the beginning of the month and was forced to give a full calendar month of notice, which resulted in almost two full months. During this time the connectivity has been nonexistent, just like their service and response to issues. If only their connectivity was as slick as their billing.
