Extremely long and pointless wait on the call centre line. Only to reach an arrogant male support staff member in oncology, who was unsympathetic and not at all customer orientated. Really awful staff member to speak after all the waiting and redundant questions.
I Applied for registration of a trade mark in May 2020 with Trademarker.com. I paid the Invoice in full, however to date nothing has been resolved. the Attorney (Rouviere Stead) has failed to provide updates without being hounded via email. It’s been over a year with no progress. I believe I have been scammed as I have called other trade mark companies who confirm that there is no backlog at the CIPC and that I should have received an application number at most a few weeks after submitting the application. In Addition Mandy from Trademarker has confirmed that they are finally instituting legal action against him. As a small business this scam is most upsetting and disappointing. It is a loss I cannot afford but thanks to the greed and dishonesty of this business I have to endure.
Pathetic app and support staff. App is useless. Works sometimes. Staff cannot assist with errors. And require a mountain of info before they actually try to assist. Waste of time. Honestly They have to keep running specials just to get customers. And then their system lets them down. It’s so frustrating and time consuming to order from them
Michael and the team moved my old kitchen from Jhb to dbn. They were extremely well priced. In fact much lower than the other furniture companies. Insurance was comprehensive and very reasonable. Michael was very prompt with communication and his team fast, efficient and reliable. They were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.
So useless. I have been trying to amend the delivery address. I emailed and spoke to them and was told to wait till the shipment reached SA to change. I did that. I was told all was in order. Delivery address was changed on the system. I called this them morning to confirm If address was changed to the new address and they said yes. Later I get an email (thankfully I had subscribed for updates) telling me that my package was delivered to the OLD address. I called customer who Were VERY reluctant to assist as apparently nothing could be done as no one had informed the driver about the delivery change. She then put me on hold for almost 20 minutes. Thankfully I had the contact details of the person who lives at my old address and was able to pick up my parcel. No thanks to useless Fedex. All they could was send me an email saying that the delivery address was changed on the 30th. No accountability. No plan to recover my parcel nothing. Imagine if I had not known the person they had delivered to. I would have lost my stock. Utterly incompetent and uncaring staff.
We had the good fortune to work with Laura Latanzzio Joubert froM oh-yes properties Midrand when buying our new home. We have to say Laura was a pleasure to work with from the get go. She was a wealth of information, easily accessible and answered our questions with lightening speed. She was incredibly efficient, meticulous and preempted a lot of our queries or needs. She kept us up to date on all changes or issues both timeously and with transparency. With Laura you really felt both her professionalism and her warmth and personal touch. In short she was simply amazing.
<p>I had made a booking with Helen for my sons first birthday cake smash on his actual birthday. I had paid the R1000 deposit to confirm the booking. Before paying the deposit Helen was quick to reply and confirm that she was indeed available on the day. After paying the deposit she never replied despite numerous emails and attempts to contact. She replied 3 weeks before my son's birthday saying that she now had a corporate booking and could not see us on his birthday! She first agreed to refund us but then said she would try to see if someone she trained was available. When I said that was not acceptable and we would like a refund, she refused to refund us. Stating that her clause says non-refundable even though she was not available to do our shoot. Since then there has again been radio silence from her. She comes across as duplicitous and has really soured the photo shoot. The whole experience with her was not good and leaves a sour taste. I am extremely disappointed in her attitude, mannerisms and behaviour. She really lets down small business owners.</p>
Hi<br> <br> I first contacted Camtech Pictures on the 23rd September 2015 to reprint my wedding photos. After numerous attempts at contacting him he confirmed on the 13th November that he was awaiting archived files. Again after numerous attempts to contact him via email and telephone he confirmed earlier this year that he finally had the archives. I last managed to contact him on the 1st February 2016 and he was supposed to have sent me a email with reprint details and created a CD of the photos. I have been unable to contact him since. Emails and telephone calls go unanswered. I am sooo fed up with this man. How hard can it be to create a photo DVD or SIMPLY answer the phone or communicate with the client? I am absolutely disappointed and gutted that I cannot get my pictures or a clear response from Camtech!
