<p>Acquired the service of Camtech Pictures in 2013 for my wedding. Albeit I did take a while to choose my photos for the albums but that should have not affected anything. It's now 2017 and I am still waiting for one of my albums and a few other items. All money was paid in full. Constant phone calls, emails, whatsapps and even Facebook messages sent to the owner Vishum but no response. I even managed to get an ex-employee to track him down and ask him to complete my album. He is still in business because his website is still functioning and he does pick up the phone if I call from another number. PS he came highly recommended as he has been in the industry for a while but in all honesty his work is outdated. </p>

CAMTECH - Worst wedding videography services
<p>We were referred to CAMTECH for wedding videography services. It was THEEE biggest mistake we made. Our wedding was on the 11th of April 2015,little did we know about the extreme disappointment VISHUM would have ins-store for us. </p> <p>After six months we finally were able to collect our DVD. We were appalled by the DVD. It is nothing like what we were promised or PAID for. My husband made numerous attempts to contact VISHUM/CAMTECH. All unsuccessful. We have received no reponse to calls/sms/emails. The quality of the DVD is far below standard! The DVD is not HD quality, the color balance is completely off. If I were to have a professional crit the DVD the list would be endless. Vishum/Camtech demonstrated absolutely no creativity, or any thought process, for that matter, in putting our DVD together. It is and will always be extremely disappointing. Sad to say, but I am embarrassed to play the DVD for our family, we watched it once and I don't think we will ever again .</p> <p> </p> <p>We have learnt that Vishum/camtech lack an ethical compass. He is willing to take your money and give you the worst imaginable product. In my opinion, this boarders on THEFT!! A year later and this battle is one that has been lost. Vishum has proven to be one of the WORST people to deal with in the industry! One definitely not to be trusted. He makes no effort to please his client in the least bit, or even acknowledge that he is willing to make amends.......... NEVER EVER will I refer him to anyone for any function, no matter how big or small! </p>

Really, really bad customer service
Hi<br> <br> I first contacted Camtech Pictures on the 23rd September 2015 to reprint my wedding photos. After numerous attempts at contacting him he confirmed on the 13th November that he was awaiting archived files. Again after numerous attempts to contact him via email and telephone he confirmed earlier this year that he finally had the archives. I last managed to contact him on the 1st February 2016 and he was supposed to have sent me a email with reprint details and created a CD of the photos. I have been unable to contact him since. Emails and telephone calls go unanswered. I am sooo fed up with this man. How hard can it be to create a photo DVD or SIMPLY answer the phone or communicate with the client? I am absolutely disappointed and gutted that I cannot get my pictures or a clear response from Camtech!

Photography packages revieved
I have received all my photography deals as discussed and arranged with Vishum recently. The packages received is of professional standards. These were delivered to my door step. I am happy with the outcome as he kept to his promise to deliver at the new date and time stipulated. According to Vishum, he was experiencing a hard drive crash issue which constituted to the delay. He has now implemented a new backup process which will eliminate this issue in future. Good luck to you all in receiving your packages.

Thief whom took our money
I appeal to all of you, the public, to NOT deal with this compan (CAMTCH) as they deliver on false promises. I'v had two family members pay large somes of monies in hope of recieve thier full wedding packages. To date he is uncontactable and never answers nor returns your emails or phone calls. I refer to a person who goes by the name of Visham Jeawon. In the recent months he has failed to deliver as promised. They take your payment and then become un-contactable and non-existent. If any of you are faced with a similar issue please inbox me urgently! For those of you who have received good service, I would re-think referring this company to friends and family! Deal with professionals and not amateurs whom you trust.

Wedding DVD and framed photographs not delivered
My husband and I had a beautiful wedding in December 2014. We obtained the service of Camtech pictures to do the videography and photography to capture every moment of our special day. Vishum of Camtech had met with us before we booked him to show us some of his work as well as before the wedding to discuss the final details. Payment for the full amount of R 7800.00 was thereafter made to him for his services. He arrived on time at our venue and was very professional. However when it came time for him to deliver the album as well as our DVD and framed A4 photograph we found it increasing difficult to contact him. He would ignore our calls or say that he would call back, but never did. We only received our album 8 months after our wedding and to date have not received our DVD or framed photograph. Both my husband and I have tried numerous times to contact Vishum however he has not responded to date. This services is absolutely unacceptable especially since full payment was made to him over a year ago.
