I placed a claim for a stolen item that was insured. Within a few days, the claim was processed. I also received daily feedback regarding the claim. The consultant, Jane Legodi, was awesome. She knew her job well and was very professional and friendly. When I emailed or phoned her, she always responded promptly. I honestly did not expect this type of service from an "Insurance" company. Well done Jane Legodi and Discovery insure. I am very pleased with your claims process and service.
I have purchased the misfit flash device from Quantifi, whom momentum multiply deals with. Recently I noticed water getting into the device and the device switches on and off occasionally. When the lights do come on, water drops can be seen on/in the device lights.<br> <br> The packaging states that the product is water proof to 30 meters and there is a swim picture on the box with the word swim written below it.<br> <br> Being a consumer of this product, I deem this as being unfair as a result of misrepresentation.<br> <br> I seem to be getting no joy from Momentum, Multiply or Quantifi with regards to this matter which is affecting my finances due to not receiving the rewards due to me since the device no longer works.<br> <br> I am an extremely dissatisfied customer whom trusted momentum multiply to deal with legitimate suppliers. Alarm activated today. I was called at 13:42. I told the lady to send the patrol car to property and call me back. I am still waiting for feedback. This has not happened once, twice. Its been happening on many occasions whereby I am told that I will be called back and nobody call me back!!!.

I have received all my photography deals as discussed and arranged with Vishum recently. The packages received is of professional standards. These were delivered to my door step. I am happy with the outcome as he kept to his promise to deliver at the new date and time stipulated. According to Vishum, he was experiencing a hard drive crash issue which constituted to the delay. He has now implemented a new backup process which will eliminate this issue in future. Good luck to you all in receiving your packages.
I appeal to all of you, the public, to NOT deal with this compan (CAMTCH) as they deliver on false promises. I'v had two family members pay large somes of monies in hope of recieve thier full wedding packages. To date he is uncontactable and never answers nor returns your emails or phone calls. I refer to a person who goes by the name of Visham Jeawon. In the recent months he has failed to deliver as promised. They take your payment and then become un-contactable and non-existent. If any of you are faced with a similar issue please inbox me urgently! For those of you who have received good service, I would re-think referring this company to friends and family! Deal with professionals and not amateurs whom you trust.
Alarm triggers and I received a call. The agent said they will send adt van to check on premises. 2HOURS LATER IM STILL WAITING FOR AN UPDATE. THIS HAS OCCURED FOR THE THIRD TIME NOW. WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING FOLLOW CALLS???
I received an sms stating that i will get R1000 vouchers when I open an account. This is false as I have not received my R1000 voucher. Instead I was told to sms my ID number to 42909 for my vouchers. The vouchers received to not add up to any amount near R1000. Instead i get X amount off a certain purchase amount.<br> <br> Where is my R1000 voucher??
I upgraded my cellular phones and was required to do a Sim swop as the new phones take different size Sim cards. Ever since I have done the Sim swop the reception/signal strength is extremely poor. I can barely hear the person on the other end but they can hear me clearly. I have never been so frustrated before as I use one of these phones for business. Doing the Sim swop was the worse decision. It is clearly not a phone issue because placing the new sim card in my old phone still gives me poor signal strength and poor voice quality. I did not have this issue with my old sim card. I am extremely disappointed as I did not expect to run into such an issue. I logged a service request call with 111. The reference is s3-8543p-p63ci. I am still waiting to he contacted.
