It is such a pleasure to do business with this company. Their staff is always friendly (and goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction – the very first time, they were willing to meet us at the office on a Saturday (when they were not open for business). Their email responses are prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I sent two watches in for repairs and they notified me as soon as they received it and kept me up to date on the repair process. I am very happy with the product (Doki) but more than that, this company and its staff are an absolute pleasure to do business with.

I have purchased the misfit flash device with invoice date 26th January 2016.

Recently I noticed water getting into the device and the device switches on and off occasionally. When the lights do come on, water drops can be seen on/in the device lights.

Prior to purchasing the device your website 'did not state': \Misfit flash is splash proof an cannot be submerged in water.\" Furthermore the misfit direct link, [URL Removed] products/flash?locale=en , mentions \"Flash is durable and water resistant to 30 meters.\"Being a consumer of your product, I deem this as being unfair as a result of misrepresentation on your part.

"

Hi,

SO last week Wednesday (21/01/2015) i heard about the Jawbone UP24 on Talk Radio 702 with Ray White and Quantifi CEO Nick Cooke. The new wearable tech interested me so i did some research. I was highly impressed by the product and their website. The UP24 I was looking at came with the standard UP for free when ordering the UP24. I sent a tweet to Nick Cooke hoping for a response about the new product the UP3. He replied soon after asking for my details so he could email me all the specs of the soon to be released UP3. I couldn't wait for may for the UP3 so i wanted to place an order for the UP24.

When it came to processing I couldn't see where to specify the size and colour of my free UP. So once again i headed off to my emails and emailed Nick. the small part i left out is that this was at 19:00 on a Saturday night. This didn't stop Nick from replying and CC'ing his sales member Brett Coertse. Brett and I corresponded and all was sorted. I placed my order Saturday night and Tuesday morning both my devices arrived.

This is the type of world class service we need from all companies. It just makes life so much easier and a pleasure.

Thanks again Nick & Brett
