<p>It is such a pleasure to do business with this company. Their staff is always friendly (and goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction – the very first time, they were willing to meet us at the office on a Saturday (when they were not open for business). Their email responses are prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I sent two watches in for repairs and they notified me as soon as they received it and kept me up to date on the repair process. I am very happy with the product (Doki) but more than that, this company and its staff are an absolute pleasure to do business with.</p>
<p>My family of four bought tickets (Early bird) to The Dino Expo for Sunday 26 February at Nasrec. </p> <p>At R100 per ticket (excluding the R30 parking fee and the drive to and from Vanderbijlpark), this “Dino Expo” was by far the biggest disappointment and a total waste of money.</p> <p>I am of the opinion that “The Dino Expo” was falsely advertised with words like awe-inspiring, mesmerizing, heightens the emotions and intimately indulges the senses. (Oh please – you set the standard very low if you think this) </p> <p>The entire setup looks like a cheaply put together expo. It does not by any means look like the organizers put fourth an effort to have a professional (or even and educational ) exhibition. The signage outside looked like a last minute print job someone did at home. </p> <p>The display case (with fossils) was a sad effort to say the least. Some of the “dinosaurs” where broken/ the molding was torn and one was even wrapped with a cloth (not very life like if you ask me). </p> <p>The activation area for children is nothing more than a bunch of fair-like activities. I would hardly call a small sandpit with an employee s****ing at the sand a themed children’s edutainment activities that will engage the young ones at mental, emotional and physical levels. We walked straight past and left (there weren’t even lines). </p> <p>I am always keen to take my family on educational trips, museums etc. I have visited enough Exhibitions, museums in my life to know with absolute cer*****y that what we experienced on Sunday was a far cry from a “awe-inspiring, mesmerizing or educational”. </p> <p>I feel done in by the company who put this Exhibition up and would hope that other people don’t make the mistake of supporting them.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>Unprofessional: I would strongly advise against doing business with Safety Angel, as my experience with them has been fraught with frustration. All of my telephonic dealings with a man named Clinton. I paid for products (two watches) on the 3rd of October 2016 that should have been delivered on the 6th of October 2016, as he assured me that they held sufficient stock – this was a prerequisite for me placing the order. When the order wasn’t received on the 6th of October and I made enquiries about the delay, Clinton said it would be dispatched on the 7th of October. By the 10th of October the status of my order was recorded as “processing”, and notwithstanding the fact that I provided Rica documents on the 3rd of October, they recorded it as “outstanding” as well. Numerous unanswered messages were left for Clinton to return my calls. On the 13th of October I managed to speak to him, and he said that they were awaiting delivery of a “new generation watch”, and that the business would receive stock on the 14th of October. Due to Safety Angels’ constant excuses and dishonoured undertakings, I cancelled the order on the 13th of October as their conduct was ominous of what their after-sales support would be like. It took them an inordinate amount of time to process my refund – more than three weeks (cancelled on 13/10/2016 and refunded on the 07/11/2016), due to their “refunds policy”. This was particularly upsetting as they sat with my money whilst knowing that they could not deliver as promised. I kept a detailed chain of events of all my interactions with this company.</p>
<p>It is with pleasure that I write this review. Not only do I passionately refer potential clients to Laundry Lorry but I deem it necessary to write a review as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Laundry Lorry goes above and beyond what is expected of them. They are always friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate their clients. I have personal experience of them delivering my washing (on my request) outside their normal hours of business. This is a company that shines with pride, pride that runs through all aspects of their business from their customer interactions to the final product (being my clean washing).</p> <p> </p> <p>We have come to rely on Laundry Lorry over the last few month and look forward to continue doing business with them.
