I bought from ChromeSA online for the first time and the entire process was smooth. Adding products, checking out and making an EFT payment were painless. My parcel arrived on time, with a free sample of another product in the mix too.
Happy customer, and I will definitely purchase again!
My order arrived in less than 24hours! which was more than a day earlier than expected.

I was notified telephonically that my order had been delivered as it was collected by security at my place of work.

Thank you for your efficiency
following an easy online shopping experience, I had trouble getting my proof of purchase to Quantifi and was helped efficiently and politely via email.
Thanks!
Snappy and all-encompassing response from staff when enquiring about something marked \out of stock/enquire".

Will shop again!"""
I booked and paid to fly from OR Tambo to King Shaka Int. departing at 19:15.

2 days prior to the flight, it was changed to depart at 20:00.

This is not what I booked and paid for.

I was not explicitly notified about this change, and only picked it up by chance as I had spoken to a colleague who had booked for the same flight.

How can Mango just willy nilly change times without even notifying customers.

I paid to be in Durban by 8.30pm and will now only be landing at 21:10.
Great quality control, with managers checking fresh fruit and veg often.

After shopping at the supermarkets and food retailers in Brooklyn, Hillcrest and Hatfield, I can positively say that Queenswood Spar in a different league.

The fresh fruit and vegetables are very affordable, and wide in variety. The bakery is excellent. Store cleanliness is great.

Keep it up, please.
Overall a terrible experience, and 2 weeks later I still don't have my new phone.

Upon trying to renew my contract, I was told that there was a nation-wide stock shortage of the device I wanted. I then chose another device and was told that there was no local stock, and the device would take 3 days to arrive.

I asked to terminate my contract and was told that I would need to phone a number on a weekday.

I decided to carry on with the upgrade.

I then had to wait more than 2 hours while the MTN staff -member attempted to get hold of head office via telephone.

When she (staff-member) finally got through and began processing my upgrade, she realised that her price list was out of date. The deal which she had shown me was no longer available, and my 2nd choice of device would now cost R20 extra per month.

This was unacceptable, and so I chose a different device again. Again, no stock, and the device would take a few days to arrive.

Almost 3 hours later, I left MTN empty-handed

4 days later, I was told my cellphone had arrived.

When I went to collect my device, the system was down and I was told I would be phoned to come back in a few days.

I've yet to hear anything
