My husband baught a Fortuner in 2019. From start it had faulty oilleak. They “fixed” it after 3 attempts. Gave us extended service warrenty. Had callback on another faulty part in August. Had no stock. Car went for service in August and I pick it up and it has a gash on the driver door. Service dept said they will investigate and phone me to bring it in to be fixed. Still waiting for the call. Went to the service dept on Saterday 2 Oct to find out when recall will be fixed and the damage on my car. They said they will phone me Monday. Still waiting for the call. These people have no regard for their costumers. Please do not make use of their “service”.
