Do not order! ****! I was given a **** tracking number and no response to follow up mails. Unfortunately I fear I’ve lost my money.

Bad after sales service
Ordered items on 28 September, delivery was scheduled for 1 October, it is now 5 October and no one at Takealot can tell me where my parcel is or when my order will be delivered. I even requested for a manager to contact me but just being ignored and told they will investigate. I was even tol that the parcel shows delivered like I am lying yet on my account the parcel still shows shipped and delivery was scheduled for 2 October
