16 Wednesday April 2025 I took my car in for service in the morning before 09:00am. I waited for Group 1 Nissan The Glen to contact me to give me an update on the vehicle service, no one phoned me until 17:00pm in the evening. I tried to call Group 1 Nissan The Glen more than 3 times and no one answered. I was getting worried as Group 1 Nissan The Glen is not calling me to give me an update and they are not answering their phones. I decided to use my other vehicle and drove all the way to Group 1 Nissan The Glen. When I arrived and walked into the Group 1 Nissan The Glen office, another client was frustrated, disappointed, angry like me as due to that Group 1 Nissan The Glen did not give him a call to update him on his vehicle service. This customer spent extra money on uber to request for his school kids to get home after school and he couldn't fetch his wife from work. Group 1 Nissan The Glen told the customer that his vehicle will have to remain at Group 1 Nissan The Glen that he should fetch it the following day. When I asked Group 1 Nissan The Glen to fetch my car driver they told me that they will charge me a fee of R100 and that my car will remain on their premise they will only fetch the driver to pickup my car the following day. They did not apologize and did not realize how much I lost when my vehicle was at the premise long time after the service was concluded.

Netstar Fraudulent Debit Order Scam 01 March 2023. I just spotted fraudulent by Netstar on my account after checking the bank statement only to find out that Netstar loaded unauthorised double the amount on the debit order more than what I signed up for and agreed on contract. On 01 March 2023 I decided to check my bank account statement and compared the transactions with the invoice & statement from Netstar. I took the time to compare the two and picked up that Netstar charged double the amount and debited double the amount on 01 Feb & 01 March 2023. Netstar syphon funds thinking that I will not notice. Netstar you better payback my money immediately!!!
Netstar Team, Zain, the tracker Technician from Netstar upgraded my tracking device to Netstar Plus on 27 January 2023. The following day leading to the 30th of January 2023 I noticed a delay on my speedometer. I informed the guy Zain from Netstar on WhatsApp and he never responded after reading my message. On the 6th of February 2023 I logged on to the Netstar App to track were my car is, the Netstar tracking device on my car was showing my home location though I had the car parked at the office parking. I restarted my phone, then logged on to Netstar App, unfortunately it kept showing my home address though I was at a different location. On 6 February 2023, I logged a call with Netstar and no one responded from the Netstar Team. On 7 February 2023 I pulled a report from the Netstar App, unfortunately the tracking device hasn't been updating the live location or history of were the car is.
