This Dealership is blessed with an Exceptionally Talented Customer centric Salesman, viz, CLEMENT BALOYI. I have never received such Excellent service in my 60 years on this Planet. He is such an honest person and a man of Integrity. I am a CERTIFIED TOYOTA MASTER SERVICE ADVISOR for the last 20 years. This guy is on another level. My family will certainly be back buying more cars from him and we will be certainly telling our family and friends about someone who can be trusted to do business with. Keep it up ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely disappointed when I tried to buy a vehicle from the Dome branch. Vehicle was advertised with FULL SERVICE HISTORY. The DEKRA REPORT only stated that the vehicle needed new tyres to pass COR and this was confirmed in writing by the salesman Mohammed Ebrahim. On the day I went to trade in my vehicle and collect the Ford Ecosport I was shocked with developments. Mohammed Ebrahim passed me on to his trainee to show me the vehicle and go for a test drive. As the trainee moved the vehicle I noticed a brake light was not working, which the trainee confirmed. I then did a visual inspection only to find that the service book did not reflect a 60000km service although the vehicle was being sold with 61000km on the clock and advertised on the website with FULL SERVICE HISTORY. The vehicle was being priced accordingly. When I queried this with both the trainee and the Mohammed he mentioned that I am supposed to do the service at MY COST. I explained to him that I have the PROTECTION OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT and that cannot be so. I then proceeded with the trainee on a road test to find that the indicator was malfunctioning which he confirmed. I then observed that the back seats WERE FILTHY AND EMBARRASSING TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE TO MY FAMILY. Then I was trading my vehicle with half a tank petrol and I was supposed to take a vehicle with the fuel light on. According to the Trainee, Leandro that is the way they supply the car to the customer. I was give an email telling me that the Sales manager Jonathan Appleby will be there for assistance. When I tried phoning the number that was supplied it was an incorrect number. I then told Mohammed and Leandro I might consider collecting on Saturday. They then referred me to Greg, another salesman who was going to be helping me, as they were not working on Saturday. When I asked Greg for Jonathan Appleby's telephone number. He replied by asking me what was it in connection with. When I told him I needed to raise a few issues, he sent a message saying, unfortunately he is unable to assist at this time. I would like to mention that I have been in the motor industry for 20 years. It seems to me that We buy cars are A BIG RIP OFF WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE DEKRA REPORT WITH SUCH OBVIOUS PROBLEMS
